Items will be shipped upon availability and therefore your order may ship in multiple packages.
Shipping varies from product to product and it is based on the weight of items so the best way to calculate your shipping fee is to add the products to your cart then calculate your shipping by inputting your address.

All single greetings cards and Handmade Notebooks will be shipped within 3-5 days of placing your order. This allows time for your item to be handmade and packaged ready to send.

International Orders and Customs Charges
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the custom’s office that received them, and are not applied to or collected by The Online Business Planner / Create & Bloom. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.
If you decide that you do not want to pay your customs charges, your item will automatically be returned to us by the customs office. If the item does not arrive back to us, this is out of our hands and no refund will be offered. It is your responsibility as a customer to cover your own country’s customs fees.
